Math Mania

Math Mania-Game on!

Join the students and faculty of SLO Classical Academy as we play math games and learn some of the strategies for teaching math using the Singapore Math curriculum. This is sure to be a fun night of getting to know others while learning some tricks for teaching important math concepts.

As part of our fundraising efforts, we ask that all members of our community take part in our endeavors.  Each spring, our students take responsibility to raise funds for SLO Classical Academy, which empowers them to be a part of something larger than themselves.  The event is always high energy, fun, and connected to history - it's a "marchathon" SLOCA-style.  This year the students will be taking part in a Runaissance, inspired by our rich studies in the Renaissance this year.

 


College Bound!

Lisa Allardyce is a college counseling specialist who has worked with many families helping them through the college process. This workshop will answer the why, what, when, where and how of getting into college. Students and parents welcome. Workshop is free and open to the public.
